Carne is an innovative burger bar directed by Argentine chef Mauro Colagreco – who is ranked 1st in the world according to the World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2019 list –.
A project of which Guadalupe was creator and founder developing the concept and identity.
After careful research and a life’s work experimenting with fresh ingredients and haute cuisine techniques, Colagreco has perfected the ideal burger made from premium quality ingredients.
The creative challenge was to adapt the look and feel into a universe of simple aesthetic. The goal was to go back to basics, to the essence of cuisine, and to awaken gastronomic consciousness by sharing the story of the ingredients and the producers. Carne is revolutionary in its simplicity: premium ingredients and natural flavours available to everyone.
Carne es la innovadora hamburguesería dirigida por el chef argentino Mauro Colagreco, quien ocupa el puesto N° 1 en la lista de Los Mejores 50 Restaurantes del Mundo de 2019. Es un proyecto del cual Guadalupe fue creador y fundador desarrollando el concepto y la identidad. Tras una minuciosa investigación y toda una vida experimentando con ingredientes frescos y técnicas de alta cocina, Colagreco ha perfeccionado el concepto de la hamburguesa a partir de ingredientes de primera calidad.
El desafío creativo era adaptar el entorno y la atmósfera en un universo con una estética simple. el objetivo era volver a las raíces, a la esencia de la cocina, para despertar la conciencia gastronómica compartiendo la historia de los ingredientes y los productores.
